 Simple Time Management.

Hey Friends, This is a wonderful time to be alive. There have never been more possibilities and opportunities for you to achieve more of your goals than exist today.

Success Is Expected :-

Simply put, some people are doing better than others because they do things differently and they do the right things right. Especially, successful, happy people use their time far, far better than the average person.

In this article i discuss a few topics from the book Eat That Frog and I talk about goal setting, how to break the goals down and importance of eliminating distraction.

So Let's Begin...

If you had a frog to eat every day then on which time would you like to eat it ?? According Brain Tracy, the best time to do this would be early in the morning.
Here eating frog is metaphor for doing your most important task first.
Do the most important task morning first because in the MORNING at time our will power is also maximum. So, The first rule of frog-eating is: "If you have to eat two frogs, eat the ugliest one first."

4 Simple Time Management Techniques.

Principle No. 1 : Setting The Table.

If you want to use your time properly and want to become more successful then you need to be very clear about your goals and targets.

To do this you need to follow a seven steps procedure.
Step 1: Decide exactly what you want.
Step 2: Write it down on paper.
Step 3: Set a deadline on your goal.
Step 4: Make a list of everything that you can think of that you are going to have to do to achieve your goal.
Step 5: Organize .
Step 6: Take action  immediately.
Step 7: Resolve to do something every single day that moves you toward your major goal.

Principle No. 2: Plan Everyday in advance.

Alex Mackenzie Said, " That Action without planning is the cause of every failure."
Your ability to make good plans, before you begin, is a measure of your overall competence.

You may have heard of the Six "P" Formula. It says,
"Proper Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance."
Before starting any work just a few minutes of planning save a lot of your  time and can make your work easier and help you complete it faster.

Now lets talk about action how should we plan things in order to action for this we have to make a list as we described in the earlier Principle for now we will only make for lists.

First, you should create a master list on which you write down everything you can think of that you want to do some time in the future.

Second, you should have a monthly list that you make up at the end of the month for the month ahead. This may contain items transferred from your master list.

Third, you should have a weekly list where you plan your entire week in advance.

Lastly, you transfer items from your monthly and weekly lists into your daily list. These are the specific activities that you are going to do. accomplish that day

Principle No. 3:  the 80/20 Rule.

The 80/20 Rule is one of the most helpful of all concepts of time  management. It is also called the Pareto Principle after its founder, the Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto, who first wrote about it in 1895.
Pareto noticed that people in his society seemed to divide naturally into what he called the " few rich people,” the top 20% in terms of money and influence, and  " the Other People,” the bottom 80%. He later discovered that virtually all economic activity was subject to this Pareto Principle as well.
This means that if you have a list of ten items to do, two of those items will turn out to be worth as much or more than the other eight.
Start today that you are going to spend more and more of your time working in those few areas that can really make a difference in you life , and less and less time on lower value activities. items put together.

Principle No. 4: Label Your Task.

Use the ABCDE Method to label your tasks by what must be done
 (A), should be done.
(B), would be nice to do.
 (C), tasks  you can delegate
(D), elimate (E) and number them.
if more than one (A-1, A-2). Focus on the most important first and move down.

I have shared this Principle with you all from the book Eat That Frog By Brain Tracy, which helps you to understand importance of time management.
