2) ROUTINE :-
Routine are the all actions which you perform before getting reward. For Example :- Open Game To Play , Upadate Applications or  Checking Facebook or Whatsapp Massages.

3) REWARD :-
   Reward is the main things which makes the habit possible. Reward gives you pleasure and the good feeling which you crave. Eg. Smoking and Drinking , Eating unhealthy food etc ,
