             Generally speaking, There are two types of people in the world.One type is known  as LEADERS, and the others are FOLLOWERS, decide at the outset whether you instead to  become a leader in your chosen calling, or remain a follower. The different in compensation is vest. It's not disgrace to be follower. On the other hand, it is no credit to remain a follower. Most great leaders began in the capacity of followers. They become great leaders because they were intelligent followers. With few exception, the man who can not follow a leader intelligently, cannot become efficient leader.
                 The man who can follow a leader most efficiently, is usually the man who delevlop into leaderships most rapidly. An intelligent followers has many advantages, among them opportunity to aquire knowledge from his leader. So,today i will share 10 The major attributes of leaders.. Let's begin..!
     
      The important factors of Leadership.

No.1) COURAGE :- 
              UNWAVERING COURAGE is based on self knowledge, and of one's occupation. No followers  wishes to be dominated by a leader who lacks of self- confednce and courage. No Intelligent follower will be dominated by such a leader very long.

No.2) SELF - CANTROL :-
                       The man who cannot control himself, can never control others. Self Control sets a mighty example for one's followers, Which are more intelligent with emulate.

No.3) A KNOWLEDGE OF JUSTICE :-
                          A knowledge sense of justice. Without a sense of fairness and justice. A  great leader always respect his followers.

No.4) DECISION POWER :-
                          The man who cannot take immediately own decision, shows that he is not sure of himself. He cannot lead others successful.

No.5)MAKING  PLANS :-
               The successful leader must plan his work, and work his plan. A leader who moves by guesswork, without practical is like a ship in ocean without captain

No. 6) Do More :- 
            The habit of doing more than paid for. One of the penalties of leadership is the do more than he requires of his followers. Always hungry, Never satisfied...!!

No.7) A DEVELOPING PERSONALITY :-
                           No Slovenly , careless person can become a successful leader ?? Leadership calls for respect. Followers will not a respect leader who does not grade on high on all factors of a developing.

No. 8) SYMPATHY AND UNDERSTANDING :-
                           The successful leader must be in sympathy with his followers. Hence , he  must understand them.he is good listener.

No.9) MASTERY OF DETAILS :-
                          Successful leadership calls for mastery of details of their filed. Leaders are always ready for learning new things.

No. 10) RESPONSIBILITY :-
                                        The successful leader must to be willing to assume responsibility for the mistakes and the shortcomings of his followers. A great leader accept mistakes of there followers and take more risk.
