Hey Dosto ! Like many you must have gone thought the situation. Which happens with many people where you had decided to start fresh from the coming new year-new thing.
          You must have thought of changing everything around you with in you , you thought doing exercise and reading books, good diet, and new year lists goes on... The Actual fact is people who make new year resolution amongst them 92 percent peoples to stick to their resolution .the reason for this failure is movie influence. In that 3 hours movie a normal work hard and achieve there huge Success and happiness.
             I will share
best and easy ways with the help of which in this coming year or whenever you watch this Bolg.An Able to complete your resolution and able to form long lasting habbits.Let's begin

1) Stupid Small :-
                   Author ones decided to workout daily for half an hour but even after putting lot of efforts and motivation he wasn't to able to act on it and wasn't able to achieve it.Hence after that decision he did his first push up and achieved his that particular day goal but however he was finds that one push is very easy hence he did another pushup and kept doing it. with this he actual exercise for few minutes. After doing it he realize.One bog and important thing that normal peoples approach towards achieving goals is not right and we seriously way to achieve something in our life that we need to form small stupid goals at starting. Example- If your goal is to read book daily 1 hour then a start with 1 page or 1 paragraph at least one line of book.Here aim is your starting goals shall be small and stupidest you chance of getting fails become zero.
                     Setting small goals and achieving it will make you feel good .Starting 1 Min To 5 Min help for make strong and long lasting habit.
2) Newtons 1st Law:-
                            Here's The Object at rest stays at rest and the object which is in motion stays in motion untill an external force is applied. Example - One ball in placed or stay its one place without any motion it will stay utill an external force is applieed.The reaction between them has  physics in common at that time staying rest mode is easy. If we want take action than we need to come under action mode and difficult part is travel from rest mode to action mode.For Similar to going from 0 to 1 which is very easy and simple compare to going from 0 to 100 directly.
                      Taking small actions and coming on motions sate at that time we feel like a champion. 
3)Ego Depletion :-
                             You all must be know that our will power is like battery and its is limited. At start it stays full, while doing different thing it starts finishing. Do action which will we need high willpower for it.made a small time period for our goals.Because willpower is limited to maintain when an how to use it without hurt our ego.
4) Continuity :-
                    Now you must have understood that to form habit or to fulfill new year resolution. You need to make small stupid goals but till what time and days you need to it so that it can become your permanent habit. Mini habits are so easy and simple small that you do not need to count days to complete it.
5) Emotional Push :-
                                  Usually what happens when people form medium and big goals 
And what they fail to complete it on daily basis because of many reasons and excuses , hence their confidence down their self believe decrease and with all these thinking they over think and feel that they can't do it.  So daily set small goal for it and go complete stupid small goals immediately and you and yourself notice after completing  that small goals you will feel happy and satisfied and your confidence will improve.Which for sure help to to from big habits and also gives you success.
